Well as everything else has gone so far archery hunting for antelope was a bust but alot of fun, hanging with Bryce...I didn't fish all summer after returning from Kansas.

2009 Flex Fitness
This is the last show of the year, Sept. 12th last place again. I wasn't very focused, tan sucked, not pumped...I think I've got my diet down now just need to work on the conditioning, more intence cardio. Looked the best I had all year, not good enough back to the drawing board.

This is what else I've been up to this spring embarassing myself in front of alot of people, the second show of the year that I think I should have gotten third.
