Well as everything else has gone so far archery hunting for antelope was a bust but alot of fun, hanging with Bryce...I didn't fish all summer after returning from Kansas.

2009 Flex Fitness
This is the last show of the year, Sept. 12th last place again. I wasn't very focused, tan sucked, not pumped...I think I've got my diet down now just need to work on the conditioning, more intence cardio. Looked the best I had all year, not good enough back to the drawing board.

Kansas 2009
Just returned from my trip to Kansas and I already miss the kids and the whole atmosphere, had a great time as always. Long drive but we made great time 17 hours each way.

It's almost here and I'm getting alittle nervous, three weeks to the day from the competition in Idaho Falls. If I could get over being sick I would feel even better, look in better shape than last year and on track, lost 14lbs so far. It has been harder with out Jim to push me in the gym, he had a snowmobile accident and broke the T4 vertibrate in his neck, healing well and out of the brace getting back on track hopefullly he'll be ready for Boise.
First steelhead trip.
My first steelhead trip of the season didn't produce many fish, but lots of fun watching the dogs roughhouse and play together. Beautiful scenery, good company, and lots of wildlife makes it all worth while!

Winter Fun!!
I'm cutting again for another competition, started out alot leaner than last year but it's still tough. Weather hasn't been conclusive for good ice fishing, cabin fever setting in. Bryce and I tried our hand at a coyote killing contest, failed to get anything. We had more fun watching Ebony and Cheyenne(Bryce's puppie) tear up my house.
